Age divisions - 2023

Age divisions are based on the year the player was born and as determined by Football Queensland and the Rules of the Game. For a player to play in a higher age division, where permitted within the Rules of the Game, will be at the discretion of the NEFC Technical Director and NEFC Coaches and when appropriate, through approval from Football Queensland.

Families with 3 or more players, please contact the Treasurer for a family discount.

The volunteer levy is a per family levy and can be refunded at the end of the season in exchange for volunteering at the Club. Please see here for more details about volunteering.

All fees are due by registration close date of 13 February 2022.

Fee inclusions

*Training tops are to be worn at all training sessions. The 30 year anniversary shirt must be worn to and from all home and away games in the 2022 season. 

Playing shorts and training tops are available for purchase from the Uniform Shop.

Fee breakdown

Player registration fee breakdown:

  • Football Australia and Football Queensland registration fees
  • Injury insurance for all players
  • Competition affiliation fees
  • Team photo
  • Individual player trophy for all MiniRoos and Juniors
  • Playing jerseys and socks
  • All referee and linesman fees for every team (Note: any friendly pre-season game is at the teams expense)
  • Additional training and courses for various club coaches
  • Building and contents insurance
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • First aid equipment and supplies
  • Utilities fees (e.g. electricity, internet)
  • Lease of fields from Moreton Bay Regional Council
  • Maintenance and purchasing of coaching/playing equipment (e.g. cones, bibs, portable goals, nets etc.)
  • Maintenance of club facilities
  • Maintenance and upkeep of club field equipment (e.g. mowers, line marker, field lights etc.)
  • Upkeep of technical equipment (e.g. computers, printers, photo copiers etc.)
  • Weekly rubbish removal
  • Maintenance of equipment in the canteen
  • Cleaning of clubhouse
  • Club administration costs

Registration refund policy

Narangba Eagles Football Club Committee may agree to a refund of some or all of the fee paid by a player/parent. Withdrawal of registration and requests for refund of fees paid must be submitted via email to the Treasurer

Where a refund is authorised by the Committee the refund payment will only be made to the person who made the original payment. No refunds will be considered after round 3 of each season (or after round 1 for in-house carnivals e.g. 5-a-side). 

If a registered player cannot be placed into a team, a full refund of the registration fees will be given without incurring an administration fee. Any refund will exclude any costs incurred by the club on the members behalf. 

A $50 administration fee will also apply. The volunteer levy is only refunded once the volunteer hours are completed.
