Wet Weather

When the weather has potential to impact our Harris Avenue fields (be that for training or on match days), and if we have to close the fields, we will post a closure notice in three places:

- On our website in the 'Fields' section (top right-hand corner of the screen)

- On our Coaches & Managers Facebook page

- Message alert via Squadi

IMPORTANT: We will only close the fields once they have been inspected. If possible, this will occur around 3pm on weekdays and 7am on weekends. We always endeavour to provide as much notice as possible, but please respect the fact that we will always make decisions late if there is a chance of playing or training. Please check regularly for updates and be prepared to change your plans if wet or stormy weather is around!

Naturally, we do not have any influence on games played elsewhere away from Harris Avenue. If you are playing at an away location, please refer to Football Queensland's Squadi Wet Weather.

In accordance with Football Queensland protocol:

• For games that are scheduled to be played on a Friday night, cancellations should be known by 2:00pm on the Friday.
  
• For games that are schedules to be played on a Saturday morning, cancellations should be known by 7:30am on the Saturday.
• For games that are scheduled to be played on a Saturday night, cancellations should be known by midday on the Saturday.
• For games that are scheduled to be played on a Sunday, cancellations should be known by 7:30am on the Sunday.
